June 13, 11 a.m.–8 p.m.
Event Navigation
The Cherokee Strip Regional Heritage Center has postponed the Tattoos at the Museum: Part II event previously scheduled for June 13. The event will move to a date yet to be determined.
Visitors will once again have the opportunity to receive flash tattoos from one of the artists from Culture Tattoo in Enid, OK. Their artwork is part of the temporary exhibit A Body of Work: More Than Skin Deep, which is on display in the J. E. and L. E. Mabee Foundation Gallery through June 14.
A Body of Work: More Than Skin Deep features various pieces of artwork across different media created by local tattoo artists from the Cherokee Outlet.
The cost to view the exhibit and attend the event is included with the regular cost of museum admission at no additional charge. Flash tattoos are a separate fee payable to the artist. Those looking to receive a tattoo must be at least 18 years old with a valid ID. All appointments are on a first come, first basis. Culture Tattoo accepts card payments.
